Packages are sent via GLS express couriers for Italy and DHL for abroad. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered products will be delivered within the terms established during the purchase phase, on average with a timeframe of 3 (three) working days starting from the day following that in which Tartufi Talia di Di Mario Angelo confirmed the order to the Customer through order confirmation even if it is not possible to provide a guarantee regarding delivery times, as there are many variables that affect even those not attributable to Tartufi Talia di Di Mario Angelo (eg. strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc.) excluding any possibility of compensation for damages by the Buyer.

Given the particularity and naturalness of the product, we reserve the utmost attention to the packaging of the products to ensure their integrity during transport, with particular care packaging of fresh truffles, using techniques and methods that ensure the freshness of the product even at the time of delivery to the customer.

The packaging costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment and in the case of the purchase of frozen products, a surcharge of € 24 will be applied to the shipping costs for every 10Kg of product purchased.

This is the cost necessary to set up a refrigerated shipment.We recommend that you group your items in a single order, as it is not possible to group two distinct orders executed separately, and the shipping costs will be applied to each of them, with the boxes that will have dimensions reasonable and your items will still be well protected.

In the case of payment on delivery, € 5.00 will be charged, charged to the management costs of the mark (requested by the Courier), but in any case, the exact transport prices for each European country of destination are indicated at the time of check- out of the cart.
